Pick Up and Set-off Instructions

TF-1

TF-1 will pickup Diann – Milan – Ferry and York.

TF-5

TF-5 will pick up at Diann.  Will not pick up at other stations unless instructed.

TF-3

TF-3 do local switching Carland to Beulah, inclusive, moving Eastbound cars to Mt. Pleasant, Selma, and Boat Landing for movement Eastward.  Will check bill box at depot, Ithaca, when no agent on duty for list of work.

FT-2

FT-2 will set off at York – Ferry (unless otherwise instructed) Milan and Diann.

FT-4

FT-4 will set out at Thompsonville, set out and pick up at Selma, deliver cars to P. Co.  Cadillac unless otherwise instructed; set out Clare cars at Clare unless otherwise instructed, switch refinery Mt. Pleasant, placing only cars that are in #13 track; deliver to C&O-Alma unless meet TF-3 AT Wright, then cars can be set off in East end of siding Wright, for deliver by TF-3.

Agents Elise, Ashley, will send two copies of message addressed to TF-3 each night before going home, of witching to be performed at Carland, Elsie, Bannister, Ashley and North Star.  Agent Ithaca will put list of work to be done at Ithaca in bill box at depot, Ithaca.

On Friday night Agent Shepherd will wire TF-3 at Alma of switching to be done at Shepherd on Saturday.

Agent Marion will wire TF-3 at Mt. Pleasant Friday night of switching to be done at Temple, Marion and Mc Bain on Saturday.

Ferry

Note: NO SWITCHING IS TO BE PERFORMED BY ROAD CREWS AT FERRY WHEN MAKING SET-OFF OR PICK UPS

At Ferry Eastward trains will set off on No. 7 tracks; Westward trains on No. 4 track.  Yard engine will line up cars for trains to pick up as Follows:

Thru cars East – East end No. 2 track; Thru Cars West – West end No. 5

Short cars East – East end No. 6 track; Short Cars West – West end No. 6

Howell

Waybills for Howell proper cars taking C&O (PM) delivery to be left with AA agent at Howell.

Pick up & Set off Alma

Conductors setting off cars to C&O (PM) Alma on Sundays and outside working hours of Agent week days, leave waybills in AA box on telegraph pole south side C&O freight house with list showing date and time delivered C&O.  Waybills for Alma proper cars to be left in bill box, yard office, Wright.

Clare

When making delivery to C&O (PM) Clare, at night and Sundays, arrange to leave Form 262 in AA bill box and waybills for cars for cars in C&O bill box.

Trainmen putting cars into transfer track, Clare from West end, will when practicable shove cars 50 feet beyond derail.

Selma

Freight crews leave set-out on No. 5 track, Selma

Waybills and lists for all cars delivered P. Co. Cadillac, and for Cadillac proper, are to be left at Cadillac Tower.

Thomp- sonville

Trains setting off at Thompsonville on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays and between 5 p. m. and 6 a. m. weekdays, will leave waybills in bill box as no operator on duty.
